The YouTube community is morning the death of P2istheName, whose real name is Philip Enewally. The 26-year-old was found dead in a mail room in Los Angeles on Friday. However, the cause has yet to be confirmed. An investigation into his sudden death is ongoing.
Over the past 8-plus years he gained a loyal following with his gaming, lifestyle vlog and real-life challenges, amassing nearly 4 million subscribers to his YouTube channel. Fans and fellow creators have been posting tributes to P2istheName across various social media platforms.
When contacted by TMZ, his mother asked people to please respect the family’s privacy while they grieve. She also asked that those who wish pay their respects to do so via his channel.
